Energy saving transformation of existing residential buildings not only has important practical significance, but also has far-reaching impact on society, is an important part of China’s building energy-saving emission reduction work. In recent years, the heating area of existing residential building huge amount, needs reforming urgently, for accelerating the transformation of the pace, need to change the current dominated by the government transformation, the introduction of market-oriented energy-saving mechanism, the contract energy management mode. In the call of the central energy-saving emission reduction strategies, provinces and cities have had pioneered, but due to the incentive policies, institutional mechanisms, standard measures are not perfect, leading to the main parties to the lack of an effective motivation mechanism, which greatly restricted the implementation of energy-saving renovation work.Existing research on the energy management of contract, there are some problems such as the lack of dynamic mechanism, the power of the main body has not yet formed a joint force in the transformation of energy saving and so on. Therefore, this paper based on the previous studies, the use of evolutionary game theory and dynamic system of comprehensive driving force theory, in accordance with the "source of power,power subject and its transmission mechanism, dynamic factors, case study" logical line, combined with theoretical and empirical analysis.To the main driving force and dynamic factors as the core of the research, through the various actors were status and resistance of description, the mutual interests and power transmission mechanism research; construction, external power andcomprehensive driving force, heating area of existing residential building energy-saving reform drive force is divided for three levels. Finally in a district of Hebei Province as a case, to build dynamic mechanism for EMC, to promote China’s northern district heating energy saving market operation scheme to provide ideas. |
