Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of foreign mechanical ventilation and the ventilation of residential buildings in China, and break through the traditional fresh air transportation mode, putting forward the high-rise building centralized air system by combining with the construction of the positive pressure air supply system, which make full use of the building fire positive pressure supply air pipeline as the backbone network system of the high-rise building’s fresh air supply. At the same time, the paper also studied the key technology of the sharing and switching of the centralized air supply pipeline and the positive pressure of the fire. Finally, the paper designed a high-rise residential centralized air system, select the actual high-rise residential application analysis, which could finish the linkage control of centralized air system and the fire of the positive pressure air supply system, mainly include the following work:(1)Making a comparison of domestic and foreign residential mechanical ventilation, Through which find the ventilation mode of high-rise residential buildings in our country is still in the initial stage of development compared with foreign countries, and the new ventilation mode on the market is not suitable for China’s residential buildings, most of the residential ventilation cannot improve the poor indoor air quality. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to study the centralized fresh air system which is suitable for high-rise residential buildings in our country.(2)Mainly study on the sharing and switching technology of centralized air supply pipeline and the positive pressure air supply pipeline, consider that the switching technology of the positive pressure air supply system and the centralized fresh air system is mainly realized by the fire valve and the air outlet. Under normal conditions concentrated fresh air system operated normally, when a fire occurs, using the fire controller to complete the switch of the centralized air system and the positive pressure air supply system. In the practical application choose what kind of switch mode could accord the building structure and the positive pressure to send air volume and fresh air volume to determine the contras.(3)The paper introduced the selection of the wind turbine, piping arrangement, the selection of pipe material and the method of air volume control in detail.(4)The centralized fresh air system designed in this paper is divided into three types according to the different arrangement of the purification treatment equipment, which are divided into centralized treatment of stratified air supply, centralized air supply and stratified treatment, Draw the following conclusions:a.The centralized treatment of the equipment and pipeline costs and energy consumption costs are minimal, it is10%、90% respectively, but this form is not easy to control, is not applicable to high-rise residential buildings.b.Although the Centralized Air Layering and air supply household treatment is easy to manage in each layer of household, which can open and stop conveniently, but the system investment and operating cost is relatively high at the beginning, The equipment cost of annual average expense ratio is 10%, 40% respectively.c.The equipment cost of three kinds of fresh air system are not large, but the cost of energy consumption accounted for a large proportion.d.Focus on stratified air supply operation cost and investment cost per unit area were 1.5RMB and 1.6RMB, central supply hierarchical processing were 5.1RMB and 6.2RMB, and concentrated treatment household were 2.6RMB and 4.5RMB respectively. Above data for subsequent project can be used as a guidance parameter.The research in this paper could propose a new model for the design of future high-rise residential ventilation systems and be a reference.
