West Lake as a famous national and even the world famous tourist attractions, has become almost synonymous with the city of Hangzhou can be said that without West Lake Hangzhou today this remarkable development.Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area(hereinafter referred to as the West Lake Scenic Area) is the State Council released the first batch of national key scenic area, is the first national top ten civilized scenic area and national AAAAA level tourist attractions,is located in the southwest of the city of Hangzhou, surrounded on three sides by mountains, with an area of about 60 square kilometers, Lake 6.39 square kilometers,covering 9 major scenic spots, 122 spot(Group), the beauty of the paradise attracts tourists both at home and abroad of the pro Lai.2011 "Chinese Hangzhou West Lake cultural landscape" was officially included in the new list of world heritage sites, Hangzhou West Lake completed the transformation from the traditional "tourist attraction" to "standardize the management of the national scenic area". After the success of the inscription of brand promotion, tourists areincreasing, the traffic problems become more and more serious, especially the tourist season scenic pressure has become seasonal labor pains: traffic surge, parking demand also increased, the parking problem is very prominent. "Urban track, Chang Lake" has become the voice of the general public, has become a hot issue in Hangzhou in 2013 NPC and CPPCC focusing.Firstly from the background of the study on parking problem of analysis of economic development and urbanization process leads to the vehicle’s explosive growth, so as to produce more and more pressure on the traffic and parking, to data showed that the Chinese car retains the quantity and parking demand, Hangzhou City car retains quantity and parking status and West Lake Scenic Area of the traffic and parking status. Then through field trips, tourist’s questionnaire survey, the relevant government departments visited, network data acquisition and related books and news reports of reading such as, traffic status to the West Lake scenic area, tourist travel way and all kinds of typical parking facilities to conduct in-depth research, to obtain a more comprehensive survey data.Finally, this paper based on the research results of analysis the main problem of the West Lake Scenic Area parking status, and put forward their own rationalization proposals, expecting to improve the scenic spot has become increasingly prominent in the parking problem can play to help.
