Research Of Heat Exchanger Pressure Drop Automatic Test Equipment

The testing equipment of heat exchanger,whose automatic testing performance is one of the prerequisites for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the aircraft heat exchanger. The paper takes "the development of the automatic test device for the pressure drop of heat exchanger" as the topic, researching on heat exchanger pressure drop automatic test device working mechanism, realizing the testing device for fast and automatic measurement, having an important reference value to automatic test of heat exchanger test device.The paper analyzes the research progress of the automatic test device for the pressure drop of heat exchanger in China and the scheme of the automatic test device for the pressure drop of the heat exchanger. The main work is as follows:(1)Through the analysis and research of the heat exchanger pressure drop testing, accessing to airworthiness authorities recognized or approved by the airworthiness data and through a lot of testing study of pressure drop, researching the hardware system of automatic pressure drop test device, solving the heat exchanger pressure drop test problems, including the non-automatic, single function, lack of accuracy and stability, higher testing costs and so on.(2) Taking Airbus A320 primary heat exchanger, A320 main heat exchanger and A320 heater as the object of study, mainly according to the airworthiness data, combining with plant specific maintenance process, having completed the pressure drop automatic testing device’s overall design, including building to meet existing and other models of heat exchanger test requirements of the hardware resources and the development of strong expansibility, convenient and stable and reliable software platform.(3) The feasibility of the method is verified by the experiment, developing automatic test device of heat exchanger pressure drop, realizing the automatic testing of pressure drop performance of heat exchanger. The results show that the device can improve the safety and reliability of aircraft heat exchanger.
