With the rapid development of science and technology, motor parameter testing plays an important role in the design and application of motor. Because of its simple structure and reliable control system, switched reluctance motor(SRM) has been widely concerned, but the application of SRM in many fields has been limited because of its torque ripple. Direct torque control is a typical method to solve this problem, and it is a favorable condition to obtain the accurate flux linkage model. Therefore, the research on flux modeling and testing of SRM has become a hot research topic. Because the special double salient pole structure, magnetic, flux linkage is nonlinear, and working easily saturated, it is very difficult to accurate modeling. In this paper, for the above mentioned problems, the modeling method based on feature points and the model updating method based on graph transformation is proposed. The motor test platform and experiments were designed and manufactured. It is proved that the method of modeling and model updating are feasible.Based on the general characteristics of the flux linkage characteristic curve of the switched reluctance motor, the flux model is proposed, and the complete flux characteristic of the motor is expressed by four special points on the current characteristic curve. Based on the characteristic point data of the model, the flux current characteristic curve of four special position angles is obtained by using the three spline interpolation algorithm, and the five degree polynomial is used to fit the current flux linkage angle curve. Based on the data of ANSOFT analysis,According to the different characteristics of different motor individuals, according to a small amount of measured data of flux model was modified by using graph transformation technology.In the correction process, the genetic algorithm is adopted to modify the flux current curve. The flux model of switched reluctance motor and its correction algorithm are realized by means of MATLAB. The results approved that the motor flux linkage characteristic can be described correctly, and the error of the modified model is obviously reduced.The test system designed in this paper includes the host computer software, signal detection system based on MCU, the motor controller based on DSP, and wireless torque tester,etc. Motor controller control the motor operating under specific conditions according to the hostcomputer’s instructions, Wireless torque detector detects the instantaneous torque of the motor and transmits it to the signal detection system using wireless communication. The signal detection system of real-time sampling motor in different voltage, current and rotor position of instantaneous torque and sent those data to the host computer through USB. The PC software is designed by using LabVIEW to realize the storage and processing of human computer interaction interface and data.The flux linkage of the solid motor is measured by the indirect measurement method on the motor real time test platform, and some of the sample data are selected to modify the model.Through the generalization of the new flux model, the smoothness of the surface was observed,and the deviation between the model and the measured data was compared. The method of modeling and correction is feasible in practical application.
