From the countries all over the world especially in the United States, the development of the application of the unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) is still predominantly reconnaissance intelligence support, high-altitude long-endurance, big load reconnaissance uav is still one of the main development direction of uav at the moment. Traditional high-altitude long-endurance uav reconnaissance data display next pass applications there are the necessary background information scattered, target difficulties associated disadvantages, these reconnaissance data needs to be combined with other situational information association shows that under the same system and auxiliary interpretation, to increase the efficiency of the uav reconnaissance data application ability and reconnaissance. Based on the current and future high-altitude long-endurance uav aerial reconnaissance, task communication as the foundation,high-altitude long-endurance uav is studied in detail the typical usage patterns and situational information flow, high-altitude long-endurance uav battlefield situation display system is designed. And combined with the whole "uav reconnaissance reconnaissance data back- reconnaissance data interpretation- intelligence application" reconnaissance intelligence chain characteristics, using the comprehensive index method to establish the high-altitude long-endurance uav effectiveness evaluation mathematical model. Specific research contents include:(1) first of all, describes the application and development status of uav at home and abroad. The high-altitude long-endurance uav reconnaissance equipment,airborne communication system are studied, and on this basis, further study on the high-altitude long-endurance uav typical operational mode and situational information process.(2) general battlefield and geographic information system is studied, based on the high-altitude long-endurance uav reconnaissance data and relay uav battlefield situation display system for posture of relevant concepts and ideas, and analyses its technical feasibility. Further analysis of the high-altitude long-endurance uav in the typical operational mode of the battlefield situation display requirements, combining with the demand to establish the high-altitude long-endurance uav battlefield situation display system architecture, design the high-altitude long-endurance uav battlefield situation display system. The use of the system were discussed advantages andreference value.(3) analyzed the reconnaissance intelligence application chain and task condition in high-altitude long-endurance uav combat effectiveness evaluation system of meaning. In effectiveness evaluation system, the typical operational mode of the correlation of high-altitude long-endurance uav the ability was analyzed, and put forward applying reconnaissance intelligence capacity and the degree of task executable(including time executable and environment and execution degrees) as a high altitude long endurance uav effectiveness evaluation standard of two dynamic balance, high-altitude long-endurance uav operational effectiveness index system is established. And based on the efficiency of the index system, using the comprehensive index method to establish the high-altitude long-endurance uav effectiveness evaluation of calculation model. Finally the feasibility of the model was verified by an example.
