The quality control of aviation equipment development project is relative complicated than other ordinary product as its complex development process of product.In order to improve production efficiency and achieve professional collaboration, the model of module integrator – module supplier is mainly adopted to realize collaborative innovation development by taking the module integrator as a core. Therefore, it has great significance to study modular quality control of development project from the perspective of project modular. The content of this paper mainly includes four parts, and the second parts and the third parts are the most important parts.The first part is about the module decomposition of aviation equipment development project. The BOM decomposition method is used to decompose the operational activities into modules. And the modular degree and module sensitivity is simulated according to project modules of product development that is decomposed. Then this part studies the project modular degree of aviation equipment project, and the improvement strategy for module manager is put forward based on it.The second part is about modular quality selection of aviation equipment development project. The Multi House of Quality(MHOQ) is established to perfect the traditional House of Quality(HOQ) method from dimension aspect, and the index system is divided into three dimensions, which is helpful to consider the problems that there has different index weight in different dimension. With the Hausdorff distance formula and similarity function, the subjectivity of HOQ method is reduced. At last, in terms of a certain model development project is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method by analysis the modular quality matching problem of airframe module.The third is about modular quality control of aviation equipment development project. Based on the characteristics of aviation equipment development project, a multi-stage decision model is put forward from the perspective of the modular project.The multi-objective decision model is designed from three objectives, and they are the project integration improvement objectives, module quality improvement objectives and resource constraint objectives. As the multi-level characteristic of the aviation productdevelopment project, the quality control and quality improvement index are used as a link, and a multi-level multi-objective programming model is developed. Finally, a model development project is described to verify the feasibility of the proposed model,which will provide the quality control scheme for the module integration of the aviation development project.The fourth is research on modular quality improvement process of aviation equipment development project. According to the quality characteristic, The RSCD circulation mode is put forward. The mode provides a set of new theoretical analytical framework and research perspectives for quality management of aviation equipment development project.The four-stage mode is come up with to study on quality control problem of aviation equipment development project. They are modular quality decomposition,modular quality selection, modular quality control and modular quality improvement.The matching problem between project module and supplier is realized, through the establishment of multi-dimensional HOQ and multi-level and multi-objective model.Finally the specific cycle process of RSCD is designed with the analysis to a certain aviation equipment development project. |
