Water problem has become a threat to world peace, 21 st century threats to human survival and the primary factors of ecological security, water is the basic industry of national economy, water is the foundational natural resource and strategic economic resources, ecological environment is the controlling factor, in the national economy and national security has important strategic position. Spatial and temporal distribution of water resource in China, the planning and construction of large and medium-sized water supply project, is an important aspect of water conservancy project construction at present.Large water project construction in Shanxi Province, is a river within the territory of the Yellow River and fen river in Shanxi Province as the main line,to the province within the scope of the main reservoir, rivers are interconnected, expected to achieve interconnection scheduling of water resources, improve the reliability of water supply, security, by the people’s life and economic steady development provides the most basic guarantee.In the large water project, covering more than 60 reservoirs as water in large water channel in the process of scheduling of water supply, water, water reservoirs. As a large water network is an important part of, the stableoperation of the reservoir directly affect the big water irrigation scheduling.Seepage as the main evaluation criteria of dam safety, shall be as a key monitoring objects, establish the seepage monitoring system, grasp the state of the dam safety. The study of dam seepage monitoring system consists of dam works pipeline layout and piezometric tube process optimization, selection of hardware and information transmission, large networks, communication network, seepage prediction model and the seepage monitoring system, etc.For large networks, to realize the unified dispatching of water conservancy,water conservancy information management, provide convenience for the superior decision. Based on the above analysis and understanding, the main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The dangers of seepage of the dam and the dam safety monitoring model at home and abroad and the research status and development trend of seepage monitoring model.(2)The specific situation of the analysis of the dam, optimize the piezometric tube piping layout, improve the piezometric tube construction technology, ensure the quality of infrastructure, give full play to its functions,lay the foundation for the dam seepage monitoring system.(3)Complete information acquisition system hardware selection, hardware and building monitoring information transmission system of the design of the communication network research, implement real-time collection, analysis of monitoring data, transmission, display and application. Reservoirs and theinternal construction of network communication between the higher and lower.(4)Analysis of seepage flow, water level, rainfall, temperature monitoring data, such as the dam water level, temperature and rainfall in the three variables as a reference factor construct BP and RBF neural network seepage model, the model with the BP neural network prediction ability to sample the advantages of fast convergence speed and RBF(radial basis function) neural networks combining seepage flow time series to analysis, provide a new approach for the dam observation data processing.(5)Through the optimization of piezometric tube whole dam line of optimization design and hardware selection, combining seepage prediction model to write and seepage prediction model with real-time observation of dam seepage monitoring system software. Numerical simulation results with Matlab, SQL, Excel and other commonly used software seamless link.Dam seepage detection system of dam safety monitoring system is an important content, but for whole dam safety to provide reference for enough,such as the deformation of dam surface deformation monitoring and internal problems, establish the lightning protection system and the problems, and geared to the needs of large water network of the whole system control scheduling problem, and so on, needs to be done to further improve and further research.
