With the development of science and technology, the working conditions (temperature, pressure, medium, etc.) of large ships are becoming more and more severe, so that in large ships, especially the ocean going vessels, the proportion of damage caused by corrosion is increasing. Hull corrosion is related to the safety of goods, environmental protection and the safety of the crew, and it is important for the construction of large ships. In this paper, the key technologies of the hull corrosion protection technology-impressed current cathodic protection are discussed in detail. The main contents are as follows:(1) the basic principle and system structure of the impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) are introduced in detail, and the main power of the phase shift full bridge soft switch (PSFB) is presented.(2) for the part of impressed current cathodic protection, the power factor correction, the synchronous phase shifted full bridge soft switch and flyback power are designed in detail. Including high frequency transformer design, APFC circuit, PSFB circuit, MOSFET driver circuit design, etc..(3) the design and discussion of the remote monitoring system in the system of the impressed current cathodic protection, and finally the network remote monitoring interface is realized by using C#+ASP.NET language and structure.(4) based on the research and design of the key technology of impressed current cathodic protection system, the hardware experimental platform is built and a series of experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the circuit module and the WEB page of impressed current cathodic protection system can achieve the expected design target. |
