Research On Management Of W Micro-grid Project Schedule

W Micro Electric network project is the project which intends to build up the micro electric resources and network system in island, eventually to solve problems of the electric supply for those remote islands. In this paper, we will base on the intensive study through project W micro electric network, starting from project purpose, project scope, schedule chat development and schedule control. With all those sutdies, we hope to acquire more details regarding how to build up a better micro electric network, also as the valuable experiences in this field.In this study, a large number of documents was checked and quoted to learn more about micro electric system and its current development status. By doing these, the importance of project management to micro electric system is more obvious. With more intensive knowledge about project management and network planning technology, we could also find out more hidden problems in this micro electric network. Via project management process study in micro electric network development, below aspects was implemented, including defining the project scope by scope management theory and breaking down the work task in the project with WBS management. Based on working task break down and allocation, project process sorting, time evaluation for the project, we implement the project scheduling theory with the combination of process schedule control to decide schedule control method, especially in the field of process control, process assurance action and dynamic monitoring. With the combination of network planning technology, a more well-planned and optimized process control plan could be made.In this paper, we implemented the project by integrating theory and practice, particularly with the combination of project schedule management and micro electric technology itself. With the help of this project, we intend to help the advanced development for further study in micro electric network study.
