| With the rapid development of power grid, smart substations in our country, the big-data platform of power system is constructed, and the on-site inspection and diagnosis of power equipment condition is a very important link of smart substation constructing. Since infrared detection is an important way to on-site inspection of power equipment, thermal imager becomes an important tool for detection of power equipment condition.In the application of thermography-based detection of power equipment, there exist some problems, such as data redundancy and coarse thermography-based detection of power equipment. After application analysis, a refinement analysis system for power equipment is designed in this paper, which is realized by using techniques of thermography, image processing and software engineering.There are several parts in this system, including front-end equipment of infrared detection, 3G network, server and client end. The front-end equipment of infrared detection is used for data acquisition, and its communication and data transfer between is realized by 3G network. The server is used for the data management of database operation, data storage, data analysis and privilege management. Functions of control of front-end equipment of infrared detection, layout of on-site inspection, thermography analysis, and so on, are realized in the client end. And in the client end, the refinement-analysis software of infrared images has many functions, including design of tool for region temperature analysis, and rule-analysis and alarm function of power equipment.In this system, the thermography-based refinement analysis software for power equipment is realized by using the development tools VS2012 and OpenCV, and the software SQLSever2012 is used as the database platform.Operation tests show that the system is highly reliable and the goal of refinement analysis for power equipment, including functions of temperature measuring and rule analysis, has been realized. |
