With a large number of asphalt pavement built and used, inadequate of skid resistance lead to safety problems increasingly prominent. The macro texture and asphalt pavement skid resistance is closely related to the surface. At the same time, the composition of different aggregate macro texture will be different. Therefore, the introduction of the macro texture as a bridge, a relationship can be more clearly analysis of mineral composition and skid resistance, as the basis of skid resistance of asphalt pavement design method to optimize.To study the effect of different aggregate composition situation of asphalt mixture pavement macro texture and skid resistance, this paper introduces 9 gradation 4 types of asphalt mixture. The optimum asphalt different gradations of dosage are determined by Marshall Test. At the same time, in order to simulate the actual pavement better, it used a small walking type vibration roller forming 9 block pavement plate, and used a hand-held 3D high precision laser scanner to obtain three-dimensional macro structure, the pavement surface image; used Geomagic Studio 12 to transform asphalt pavement 3D scanning image into high precision digital model; the Matlab software was used to calculate 3D characteristics of 6 kinds of characterization of asphalt pavement macro texture index. To evaluate the skid resistance of asphalt pavement surface, it used a pendulum apparatus and sand patch、DFT testing asphalt pavement samples.According to the 6 kinds of three-dimensional macro texture features calculated, analyzed the correlation between them and the mineral component description index and asphalt pavement skid resistance. The final screening obtained 11 sensitivity high description indicators. At last, the relationship between mineral aggregates and asphalt pavement skid resistance was analysis. |
