With the emphasis of road construction especially the high-grade highway construction which needs route straight, gentle gradient and pavement roomy transferring to western mountainous areas.extending distance to construct winding mountain highway is no longer used just because of construction cost when road crossing mountains,Thereupon more and more tunnels appeared.Quite different from general basic construction,highway tunnel is situated in mountainous area mostly,its alignment must be high standard,considering to the new concept of road design and environment requirements,tunnel construction should obey the discipline that "enter earlier and out later" to avoid lots of slope cutting and destruction of the vegetation,that is why most of imports and exports and hole body of tunnels are situated in weathered wall rock and the number of shallow buried tunnel is being more and more.Drilling and Blasting Method is of the advantages of rapid construction speed,construction safety,less consume of human resources,strong adaptability and low construction costs.Engineering practice shows that as a Safe,economical, fast and effective construction method,Drilling and Blasting Method is suitable for terrains road tunnel construction at home and abroad.But this method will cause Blasting Vibration Effect inevitably in construction,which influences engineering efficiency but also threats the safety of buildings and structures.Studying Blasting Vibration Effect and controlling blasting vibration damage have become one of the key issues of tunnel blasting construction.Relying on actual situation of Siduhe west tunnel of Huaichang road,this paper analyzed the causes and stability of shallow buried tunnel,studied the stability of excavation,blasting vibration monitoring and analyzing,dynamic and static numerical analysis and blasting vibration control technology of shallow buried tunnel by combination of tunnel construction,project monitoring and numerical simulation。This paper put forward reasonable construction method based on stability of shallow buried tunnel,analyzed the propagation law of blasting seismic wave and put forward control vibration measures based on ground vibration monitoring,studied the stress and strain distribution law and change trend to provide technical reference for similar tunnel projects based on dynamic and static numerical simulation。...
