The study on flexural behavior of steel-recycled aggregate concrete composite beams with profiled steel sheeting is conducted by comparing seven steel-recycled aggregate concrete composite beams and two ordinary concrete composite beams.It is to study the mechanical performance of the composite beams based on the experiments results,the influence of the shear span ratio and the studs layout of the composite beams.We focus more on which type of changes:-The cracks type-the slippage of interface between the steel shape and composite slabs –the failure modes of composite beams –strain developing of concrete and steel shape as well as profiled steel sheeting.We also focus on: the bending bearing capacity and vertical shearing capacity of the composite beams and the calculation formulas of the bearing capacity of the steel light concrete composite beams.Recycled concrete coarse aggregate replacement rate is 100% with natural sand as fine aggregate, studies shows that the failure process between recycled aggregate concrete composite beams and ordinary concrete composite beams are similar.The studs layout have little effect on bending bearing.Elastic flexural bearing increases with the increase of shear-span ratio, flexural bearing capacity, influence remain the same.Increasing the height of concrete composite beams can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity.Ultimate flexural capacity and deflection of the beam have same deviations with china steel specifications due to the slip effects. Based on the experiments results it was denoted that:-All the composite beams were failed in shear bending failure mode which was initiated by the shear failure of the composite slab.Although the composite extent of the composite beam specimens were smaller than the required composite extent from the design code,there were not obvious slip on the interface until the load up to 80% of maximum load which also means plain- section assumption were tenable before the load up to 80 % maximum load and the composite beam specimens showed good mechanical behavior,including high bearing capacity and good ductility,therefore partial composite beam could be adopted and design. Furthermore,the vibration characteristic including the vibration frequencies and damping of the composite beams specimen were smaller.
