Research On The Method Of Technical Standards For Highway Construction Projects In The West Of China

Highway construction projects in the western region has the characteristics of different from the eastern region. At present domestic not specifically for our country in the western region method of determining the technical standards of highway construction project. Determination on the basis of the current technical standard is not perfect local planning, inaccurate traffic flow prediction results and the subjective intention of the owner, no quantitative measures. Paper, by studying the western highway construction project characteristic and the present situation of highway project technical standards of the disadvantages of the methods to determine, after the comprehensive analysis and research of its, find out the influence in the western region at the early stage of the highway construction technical standards of the selected factors, the establishment of evaluation object set, factor set and evaluation set, on the basis of study of all the factors, through the questionnaire to study the way of induction, a final selection of reasonable membership function for each factors and calculating the membership degree, by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to comprehensive analysis on the influencing factors and weights. Finally through quantitative indicators, on the same project under different technical standards and determine appropriate choice of road construction project technical standards.After getting the results, comparing with the actual situation of the project operation analysis, sum up out of the paper the applicability of the research methods.
