The article is concerned about one new type of beam-column connection of composite structure which is applied to the actual construction project. This connection was proposed by Architecture Design Institute of Chaozhou, and has been applied in two actual construction project. Entrusted by Architecture Design Institute of Chaozhou, the author has conducted experiment to research the performance of the new composite joints, and applied research results to the actual project. The invention is concerned about one new type of steel-concrete box beam composite connection. Based on the new composite connection, this article proposed a new modified form, then studied the property and conducted comparative analysis.1、This article described the situation of the research and innovation about the steel-concrete composite structures,square steel pipe,steel-concrete composite structures,and a series of research results of concrete filled steel box beam conducted by Zhong xingu,Mo shi xu,concluded the the advantage and insufficiency of previous research,based on the actual project,proposed a new composite connection,and refer to the constitutive relation of confined concrete and the relation of square steel- concrete bond-slip. At last,this article state the innovation and practical significance.2、This article conducted experimental study on the performance of new type steel-concrete box beam composite connection, tested the five specimens, recorded the experiment phenomenon when the specimen was loading,rain and displacement of measure point,and obtained the load- displacement,the rotation angle,strain distribution,overall and local displacement parameters,then made a chart of experimental results. The results showed that new type steel box changed the buckling modes of steel plate,buckling stability performance in the plane at some level after filled concrete and improved the ultimate bearing capacity of steel box. In addition, new type second connection can improve the performance when compared with new type first connection.3、This article conducted elastoplastic finite element analysis of new type composite connection, used software ANSYS for simulation, and obtained the load-deflection curve of loading point, moment rotation curve of node domain, Mises stress distribution. At last, this article compared the results of simulation with the experimental value,and found that they are consistent well.4、In the research of Elasto-Plastic Analysis of steel concrete composite structure, this article puts up with the basic assumption, deduced the position of neutral axis distribution by transformed section method,analytic formula of bending normal stress of cross section,bending resistance capacity formula about elasticity and elastoplasticity of normal section,analytic formula of elastic deformation such as rotational angle and deflection,ultimate moment resistance formula,and calculate theoretical value of the loading point by diagram multiplication method. At last, this article compared the theoretical results,experimental results,and finite element computing results with each other to verify the theoretical results.5、This article analysed the factors affecting the performance of the new type steel-concrete box beam, regarded section parameters as independent variable, used materials consumption as dependent variable,and conducted finite element analysis based on the variable parameters to obtain the best ratio of the steel-concrete section and filter parameters.6、The application in the actual construction project: Taking the main span of Sports Park Swimming Center of Houjie district Dongguan and the main span of Dong Bao Times Square·You Yi Cheng in Chaozhou as example,their main span beams adopted this design method. This article analysed them with the theoretical formula described in the above section,and compared the calculation results with the finite element results to verify the accuracy of the theoretical formula. At last,this article applied the parameters discussed in chapter five to the two actual projects,evaluated the obtained economic benefit and economic benefit which can be obtained by further optimization.
