The X-ray machine and gamma-radiography are widely used for industrial production. It can effectively detect the problems such as bubbles, impurities that may occur, concave and convex, craze, empty, empty and lack of fusion welding for steel pipe and other mechanical equipments. With high efficiency and low cost advantages, it can ensure the safety of industrial production on the rails. Now the mobile radiation dose in the work of inspection machine monitoring and analysis research is weak at home and abroad. The results are obtained through experiments. There are many inconvenience error and artificial factors. This research is a simulation for mobile industrial X-ray machine and gamma-radiography with MCNP5 program in MonteCarlo simulation method. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the results of the investigation and research for radiation condition in Urumqi and the surrounding enterprises, we can master the detection device used in the process of radiation pollution distribution and dose distribution.(2)In the research for mobile industrial X-ray machine which tube voltage range from 200 kV to 300 k V, we found that in the filtering plate under the action of blocking, X-ray energy almost all above 0.02 MeV. Under the same target Angle, no filter plate, there has a linear correlation relationship from the productivity to X-ray tube voltage. Under the filtering plate, productivity and tube voltage have an approximate exponential relationship. Both cases, productivity increases along with the increase of tube voltage.(3)In the absence of filter board, X-ray output with the target Angle showed a trend of decrease after the first increase. There is the biggest target Angle in about 48°. In the filter plate, productivity largest target Angle between 29°to 45°with tube voltage increases.(4)In the analysis of the X-ray tube energy spectrum,we found that energy distribution first increased and decreased. The energy spectrum is continuous bremsstrahlung x-rays curve in the absence of filter board. And in 0.050 MeV- 0.055 MeV, the energy spectrum appeared two characteristic peak because of the characteristics of X-ray radiation. In filtering plate and low energy, X-ray is blocked. There are different probability of maximum energy value. And the value distribution between 0.10 MeV- 0.15 MeV.(5)In the MCNP5 program for mobile X-ray flaw detection machine dose calculation simulation study, on the one hand, validate the result of the empirical formula calculation. On the other hand,it has the certain instruction meaning and reference value to the inspection work of radiation protection work.(6)In MCNP5 for mobile industry gamma ray detection device simulation, the simulation results are basically identical with the empirical formula calculation results. It can comprehensively reaction of transport and scattering process of gamma rays. According to the comparison results can come to a conclusion: MCNP5 program has obvious advantage on the design of the detection area. It has strong reference value to the environmental impact assessment.
