| Piezoelectric harmonic drive with single stage amplifier is the crystallization of the multiple disciplines development. Such as piezoelectric, elastic mechanics, tribology, ultra-precision machining and control theory. The system is drived by the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic, using movable teeth transmissions outputs power. Compared with the traditional motor, it has the adventages of the friction small, low speed, high torque and high power output stability. It can be widely used in aerospace, precision instruments, robot, medical equipment and other fields. It has wide development prospects. In this paper, the structure design of the piezoelectric harmonic drive with single stage amplifier is done, its working mechanism is described. Three dimensional solid model of the drive system is established by utilizing Solidworks. The interference inspection is done, which shows that the established model is correct. The piezoelectric harmonic drive with single stage amplifier is analyzed by FEM. The statics, modal vibration and harmonic response analysis of drive system are analyzed by the software ANSYS Workbench. Stress distribution under the static load, natural frequency, mode shapes, dynamic stress and displacement frequency responses are presented. The performance of the prototype is analyzed by changing the main paramters. Changing the length of swinging rod, the diameter of extrusion rod and number of movable tooth, analyzing the stress distribution under the static load, the size of prototype is potimized.According to NC machining technology, the processing technology is determined. The processing and assembling of the piezoelectric harmonic drive with single stage amplifier system is completed. The validity of FEM results is verified through the The natural frequency measurement test. |
