New technology revolution requires the world change the energy structure,development of renewable energy, clean energy,to ease the current world energy depletion and environmental pollution is serious problem, realize sustainable development. the energy problem is the main problems facing the world, as the most populous country in our country, the demand for energy is more urgent, relevant departments should strengthen the development and utilization of renewable energy and clean energy, to lay a solid foundation for future economic development. Electricity is the most indispensable part of People’s Daily life,for further development and utilization of electric energy is around the corner, the grid technology to solve the problem to a great extent. with the rapid development of new energy and clean energy technology, such as wind, solar, tidal power access to power grid, improve the security, stability and efficiency of the micro grid 。Micro power grid control technology is the core of the development and utilization of new energy technologies. based on the micro grid control problem to do the following work.In view of the Isolated Wind-diesel Hybrid Micro grid, this paper proposes a frequencyH2/Hoptimization control strategy. in the micro grid wind power system adopts the maximum wind energy capture control, to reduce wind and load caused by the micro grid frequency fluctuation, increasing the secondary frequency modulation control links,H2/Hcontroller was designed, Make the system to the load disturbance has stronger robustness, at the same time ensure that has better control performance. the micro grid frequency deviation control within the scope of the requirements, to ensure the secure and stable operation of the micro grid.On the basis of the above research, the introduction of new intelligent optimization algorithm, based on the IPSO algorithm to optimize the Wind-diesel Hybrid Micro grid adoptH2/Hcontroller which can adjust the frequency,can be further stable output frequency of micro grid system. system has strong robustness, and also ensure that the control performance. introducing cloud fuzzy inference improved PSO algorithm, using the cloud of fuzziness and randomness, combined with fuzzy reasoning solves the PSO algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum problem, the PSO algorithm to achieve theglobal optimal. the simulation results show that micro power grid frequency deviation smaller and better performance.
