Along with the rapid development of our country’s economy, and the improvementof people’s living standard,the air-conditioning technology is rapid expansing. Becauseof the increasing air-conditioning power consumption, and the widening grid peak and valley, the poor ensure of energy, economy and stability of power system have had a serious impact.Therefore, developingthe peak cut air-conditioning system is imperative.Cooling storage air-conditioning system is a technology which using the characteristic of energy storage of water or ice,etc, taking the most of underestimate period power load, making the machine running in full load condition, and storing the required cold quantity of air-conditioning in the form of sensible or latent heat and being released in the periods of peak power, to meet the cold needs of the users.This article mainly expounds the heat transfer characteristic of melting process of internal melting ice-storage air-conditioning system, mathematical and physical modelsare setted up, sets the reasonable terms of calculation, and applies the finite element analysis software ANSYS to solving the numerical simulation.Analyzing the change of outlet temperature of the cooling load, melting ice thickness and heat transfer in different conditions, discussing the ice melting features under different load refrigerant inlet temperature. On the basis of the discussion, the economy analysis model of the system is established, and the change of system economy under the different price ratios and operation strategies are discussed.Starting from the practically of cool storage air conditioning,setting an example for economic analysis which is an office building in shijiazhuang, applicatingthe building software De ST for simulating the building model.Combined to calculate the hourly cooling load, calculated the initial investment and operation cost, and adopted the simple static evaluation method for economic evaluation, and also compared with conventional air-conditioning system, prove the practical value of cool storage air-conditinging system. The main conclusions of paper are as follows:1) Get the change rule of each parameter of the melting ice heat transfer process;2) For improve the process of melting ice, improving the inlet temperature of cold agent will help internal melting ice-storage air-conditioning heat transfer of melting ice;3) Compared with the traditional air-conditioning system, the ice storage air-conditioning technology has the considerable economic efficiency and the ability of peak cut.The research achievements will have reference value and application for the development of air-conditioning technology, and achieve the aim of the research.
