Heat exchange device is widely used in industrial heat transfer.This thesis mainly studies the heat exchanger of chevron plate, due to the mechanism of heat transfer and flow characteristics of fluid in the corrugated plate are two important index for evaluating performance of plate heat exchanger, it is necessary for us to conduct in-depth analysis and research.But the fluid flow in the runner is very complicated, just rely on experimental methods to understand the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics is impassable. With the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)technology’s mature and perfect,simulation calculation of Fluid problem for heat exchanger is effectively solved. But the heat exchanger plate overall fluid channel characteristic’s numerical calculation is relatively limited in our country, one reason is that the development of heat exchanger plate’s 3D model is difficult, but to complete detailed 3D modeling and analysis the heat exchanger plate is significant for it’s design and development.For the above problem, this paper according to the manufacturer provided foreign advanced heat exchanger plate entity,completed the whole 3D model reconstruction of the heat exchanger plate, tested the modeling quality, finished evaluation system and finally realized real-world condition’s fluid simulation in the critical area of heat exchanger plate.Concrete research content as follows.1. With 3D scanner to obtain the point cloud data of heat exchanger plate, reference the thinking method for reverse engineering, according the heat exchanger plate different function areas to segmentation point cloud.Completed 3D model from the splitted point cloud data in 3D software, then finished molding part’s assembly,generated a complete 3D model of heat exchanger plate.2. Building experimental platform system, Using the higher accuracy three coordinate measuring machine system for testing the modeling quality of heat exchanger plate, by modeling size in comparison with the measured size of the modeling entity, given measurement data and calculated the error value and error ratio,as to modify the strong difference size.The plate flatness error within 0.1 mm.3. First selected in hot spots, established simplified model runner of the best corrugated inclination, β is 60 DHS. Realized the simulation for water flow and heat transfer characteristics,with low Re number κ- epsilon model. Carried on the theoretical analysis in the thermal boundary layer, acquired the Re and Nu change curve.Then studied diversion area’s fluid characteristics, the results show that its pressure field,velocity field, temperature field distribution uniformity. Finally analyzed cold and hot fluid coupling characteristic with the plate, the analysis found hot fluid temperature distribution scatter mainly concentrated in the 335 K to 353 K, and the temperature of the cold fluid distribution scatter mainly concentrated in the 300 K to 320 K.In this paper, for the first time use the numerical analysis of tectonic contrast and three coordinate measuring method, determined the concrete structure and 3 D model of herringbone corrugated plate. And analyses the heat transfer performance, as a guidance for manufacturers. |
