Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are nowadays getting more and more harmful to human beings. And the detection of platelet function has important significance for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the diseases. Therefore the platelet function analyzer is widely an urgent requirement in clinical medicine.Basing on the technique of single channel platelet function analysis system, the design and implementation of the control system for the dual-channel automatic platelet function analyzer is presented in this dissertation, which can meet the requirement of large sample testing and still have high testing precision and repeatability.The whole system consists of the control system and the manegement system, which communicate with each other through the SPI interface in master-slave mode. The control system is composed of TMS320F2812, actuator drive circuits, the signal conditioning and acquisition circuit and some other auxiliary circuits. The management system uses S3C2410 (ARM9), and transplants embedded Linux operating system, the graphics interface middleware MiniGUI and the embedded database Sqlite to complete and improve the functions.Firstly, the significance and current development of platelet function analysis are introduced. So is the working principle of single channel platelet analyzer, which is based on the method of platelet count. And then, by adopting the economic development mode, the demand and the structure of dual-channel automatic platelet function analyzer are discussed, and the feasibility of the design is demonstrated. The new design and implementation of the hardware of the control system are also expounded, realizing the processing and acquisition of four signals from the double channel.In the design of control system software, the control of actuators is realized to complete mixing, testing, cleaning, maintaining, and some other control flows. The control system is also responsible for processing and collecting signals, contolling temperature, negative pressure, high voltage burning, and processing SPI communication.The management system software mainly improves and realizes the functions of human-computer interaction, testing management, data management, SPI communication and Ethernet communication.In the end, the debugging and performance evaluation of the system are given.In addition, the multi instrument group control scheme is also discussed and introduced, which is implemented by the on-line management.
