Construction Control And Improvement Measures Of Asphalt Mixture Segregation

Most of the highways china has built is asphalt pavement. Early damage of the asphalt pavement directly influence pavement performance and durability. Damage due to segregation of asphalt pavement water is one of the main reason for early damage of asphalt pavement. Although the segregation problem, many institution at home and abroad have done a lot of research. but it still needs a comprehensive system to solve,and then reduce the segregation of asphalt mixture, improve the quality of pavement.This paper starts from the water damage of asphalt pavement phenomenon, in-depth analysis of the cause of water damage on asphalt pavement; studied the segregation phenomenon of asphalt mixture, the kinds of cause;and then from the bitumen mixture proporting design, mixing production, transport and paving and other aspects, to analyze the segregation of asphalt mixture; puts forward how to reduce the number of asphalt mixture segregation control measures.In addition, from the angle of construction management, puts forward the detection and evaluation of segregation;segregation according to quality payment, and how to establish the segregation improvement system. To minimize segregation of asphalt pavement, improving pavement quality, and improve our highway construction investment income.
