The Study Of Freeway Pavement Maintenance Strategy Based On Toll Data

Along with the rapid development of freeway construction in our country, road network size has been gradually approaching the national 2013-2030 planning requirements. Therefore, the focus of the development of freeway turns from investment and construction to maintenance management. The key problems faced by the freeway operators is how to formulate a reasonable maintenance plan for the freeway network, as long as making scientific and effective pavement maintenance strategy, so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the freeway. Based on the data of the freeway toll, this essay obtains the maintenance requirement of highway through analyzing vehicle load, and then according to historical traffic flow, this essay researches on the maintenance strategy of freeway pavement, and constructs a quantitative analysis method for the maintenance strategy of freeway pavement.On the aspect of analyzing the needs of freeway pavement maintenance, firstly, this essay researches on the calculation method of the cumulative standard axle load, combining the detection data of the technical condition of freeway pavement, a regression model was established for the variation of the cumulative standard axle load and pavement performance. Secondly, according to the freeway pavement maintenance data, the analysis method of the influence degree of different pavement maintenance types on pavement performance is proposed. Finally, based on the freeway pavement maintenance requirements, and combined with the above analysis results, this paper proposes the method of freeway pavement maintenance demand analysis.On the analysis of freeway pavement maintenance strategy, analyzing the feature of traffic flow of different time span, the selection method of freeway pavement maintenance time is presented. Meanwhile, based on the remaining lane traffic flow in different traffic control mode during the construction period of freeway pavement maintenance, the selection method of traffic control mode is learned. The traffic flow guidance and information release method of maintenance work control area and its upstream area are also described.On this basis, this paper takes Han Ning branch of Shaanxi Expressway Construction Group as an example, verifying the analysis method of freeway pavement maintenance requirement and maintenance strategy. The results show that, this study has a certain theoretical value for freeway maintenance management, and can provide a reference data and decision support for freeway pavement maintenance plan.
