With the development of urban traffic, the city is becoming more and more crowded, coordinated with the ground of the underground transportation system become the key to solve this problem. Currently more and more subway tunnels are being in construction and operation, from the point of long-term planning, build buildings along the subway has become the inevitable question. Ground engineering construction inevitably need to be in the process of excavation, the pile foundation construction, the building load, no matter which process is likely to be harmful to subway tunnel structure, which may cause the overall displacement of subway structure, and formation stress changes in the subway tunnel, etc., for the metro tunnel is relatively severe operating conditions, this may lead to safety hazard in the process of operating. In order to study the process of ground engineering construction, the excavation and the pile foundation construction, the building load process, which may lead the displacement and stress of the subway tunnel, and evaluate the security in the process of metro tunnel, the numerical analysis model is established by finite element software based on xi ’an metro engineering. Take the state of build the subway foundation pit without excavation as the initial condition, foundation pit precipitation, division of the excavation of foundation pit, and the pile foundation construction and building load are analyzed respectively in the process of the subway tunnel structure. Combining with the present limit displacement in the process of subway operation, its security was evaluated, the results can provide references for similar projects.
