With the rapid development of economy, the continuous expansion of the scale of metro, Old City Reconstruction change quickly, the sintered clay brick consumption has increased sharply, the energy consumption of larger national arable land is decreasing, the environment continues to deteriorate. In this case, the state will be"energy-saving emission reduction" as the main theme of the current society, formally included in the 12 th Five Year Plan and state and local authorities have issued the "ban solid", "actively develop new wall materials policy. All kinds of new wall materials have appeared, dazzling, a place or even several wall rushed into the market, design units and the construction side to rational choice, leading to confusion in the market of wall material, wall materials innovation work hard to continue advancing. Therefore,the local wall materials of construction project selection is becoming paying more and more attention. Qingyang area at present, there are mainly sintered clay hollow brick,lightweight aggregate concrete hollow brick, autoclaved aerated concrete block and multifunctional composite block and other new wall materials, although belong to energy-saving self insulation wall materials, but in terms of thermal performance has a certain gap, scope of use is also different.Qingyang District belong to cold(a) requires high thermal performance of external envelope structure, especially of the external walls and roof, the general energy-saving self insulation wall material is difficult to meet the three steps of national energy conservation requirements. This paper analyzed the thermal performance of multifunctional composite block, based on the test of the energy saving effect, makes an investigation and Analysis on the application status quo of the construction project of Qingyang area of wall materials, starting from the multifunctional composite block the existing problems in the practical application, firstly research the thermal insulationstructure of thermal bridge, put forward energy-saving insulation technical measures of bridge parts in accordance with the Qingyang climate and local characteristics; and then use the life cycle cost analysis(LCCA) of life cycle cost to the Qingyang area.commonly used lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow block and multifunctional composite block were analyzed, it is better than the economy of the multifunctional composite block of lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow block.In this paper, the research in wall material choice for the design units and the construction party provides certain theoretical basis, but also made great contribution to the Qingyang area of wall materials innovation work, laid the foundation block. for the popularization and application of multifunctional composite block in Qingyang District.
