Refrigerated semi-trailer is a main cold-chain transport logistic equipment in China. Its reliability is very important to the safety of the cold chain of goods. A large number of facts show that the market is flooded with all kinds of "refrigerated transport vehicles". The walls of the reefers use steel corrugated plate and weld together. However, the reefer with these panels have heavy weight, very poor heat insulation, and very low transport efficiency. Most of all the questioned reefer have traffic accident risk, and it has a serious threats to people’s lives and property.This research study introduces a kind of American aluminum van refrigerator car, wall adopts the design of light weight aluminum molding, joining together with 1.0 mm thickness pre-painted aluminum sheet along with the longitudinal direction. With this design, the reefer is lighter, better strength, and the better bonding performance with PU foam.The research is based on current technology and process of reefer trailer skin panel, develops a set of “hydraulic, symmetry, outward”process, design a form machine with mechanice, dydraulic, and electrical control system, realize and test it in reality. The project is also based on scientist method of theorial analysis together with test simulation, decides the key values of system.This project is designed for an automatic wave shaped machine. The machine is well defined to achieve the accurate pressure wave forming, ensure the quality of products at the same time, improve the production efficiency, and save labor costs as well as highly competitive in the market.
