With the increasingly intelligent of transportation industry, more and more communications equipment have been installed in roadside infrastructure and vehicles. The development of the whole car networking has become an inevitable trend. But the wide application of the vehicle network also brings the corresponding information security problem.With the rapid development of automotive electronic technology, more and more electronic information system are used in modern automobile. Each control unit is connected to the whole vehicle controller through the CAN bus, which makes the connection between them more and more closely. In order to attract the user’s eyes, car suppliers use the car to provide a variety of recreational facilities. But this brings threat.The threat is the virus of the implant which makes the navigation system in a non-normal state of work. In order to comply with national laws of reducing air pollution, OBD vehicle diagnostic system came into being and this system is on almost every car. Through this vehicle OBD system, it can detect the relevant state of vehicle parts when the car is running. To this end, the car manufacturer has set aside a OBD interface for diagnosing the car. Because of the existence of this interface, attackers use system instruction set vulnerabilities to achieve the car attack.In this paper, the research is based on the security hidden danger of the USB interface and the OBD interface.Using Linux system as the system platform to realize AIS system.The system is divided into USB interface security protection and CAN bus safety protection.The security design of USB interface is to implement USB interface virus isolation. This protector mainly realizes two functions. Firstly, all bottom data between USB device and windows system are captured quickly by the micro controller of the isolator. Secondly, through the underlying data in the isolator are analyzed, audited and filtered, which is to complete isolation of Autorun virus. At the same time, the design of the embedded Linux system platform to achieve the data on the USB device and the WinCe system interaction.OBD interface security protection design part is to achieve the filtering of illegal instruction through the analysis of OBD protocol ISO15031 nine working mode and data instruction format and the preparation of the corresponding algorithm. Simultaneously, The drive and relay of CAN interface are also completed on the Linux platform.In addition,this paper not only has carried on the design of the whole system on the hardware,from the chip selection to the circuit design,until the integration of PCB.And the five parts of the system from the software design.USB driver design,CAN interface driver design,CAN relay design,ISO15031 instruction filter design and USB virus filter design.Finally,debug the program.
