With the rapid growth of domestic economy, the shipping trade between China and foreign countries became more and more prosperous, so a lot of ships came to visit our country. But for a long time, the ships are almost powered by diesel generator set, caused serious environmental problems. The static ship shore power supply has been widely concerned by people because of its advantages. However, the traditional shore power supply has many problems, such as the power supply system is single, protection measures are not complete, the ability of tolerate unbalance load is weak, line mismatch of shore power system and so on. Combined with the actual engineering project of static ship shore power supply, the main research contents of the thesis are as follows:According to the current research and development trends of static ship shore power supply, introduced several existing topologies and control methods of static ship shore power supply, elaborated the source and research meanings of the topic and the tasks undertaken by myself in the project.By considering the technical index, development cost, development cycle of the project, determining the basic structure of the static ship shore power supply. Among them, the inverter circuit didn’t use traditional three-phase bridge topology, instead of combined inverter topology composed by three single-phase bridges, improved the ability of tolerate unbalance load. And it can output two specifications of the power supply:380V/50 Hz and 440V/60 Hz. For the line mismatch of shore power system, the solution of IT system with neutral line was given.Secondly, based on the working principle of the static ship shore power supply, deduced the electrical parameters of each part detailedly, and then select appropriate device. Control circuit was based on the YANXU DSP28335 core board to design peripheral circuit. For the key drivers, the control board was only responsible for output ±5V drive pulse, pulse conditioning was completed by CONCEPT driver board. Thus, not only improved the reliability of the drive, but also reduced the development cycle. In addition, specially designed the over-voltage, over-current and over-heat protection of the power module, ensured the safe and stable operation of the system.After the small signal model of the static ship shore power supply was established, presented the dual-closed loop control strategy of voltage and current. The controller was optimized based on traditional PI controller, improved the control speed and accuracy effectively. For the software realization of the system, divided it into several functional modules according to the function of each part, then conducted modular design, moreover, gave the program flow chart of them.Finally, the experiment of the static ship shore power supply was carried out. The experiment results showed that the equipment was operating normally, the input and output waveforms and THD can meet the design requirements, the power modules were also well protected.
