Offshore integrated transfer platform realize the reprint work of materials by the belt conveyor transportation system that integrated on the platform. Belt conveyor transportation system is a large system that made up of multiple belt conveyor and severe non linearity and uncertainty exists between the systems, which caused the lower efficiency of the offshore integrated transfer platform and the waste of energy.To research on "fuzzy control of offshore integrated transfer platform belt conveyor transport system" and improve the working efficiency of offshore integrated transfer platform belt conveyor transport system is of vital significance.Based on the theoretical analysis for the operational process of the belt conveyor transport systemand speed regulation method, the speed control system of multilevel belt conveyor transportation system was built by fuzzy control algorithm, analysis and demonstration were carried out by the methods of simulation and experiment, etc. In this paper, the main work and research results are as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of structure characteristics and operational process of the belt conveyor transportation system, reveals the operation law of belt conveyor transport system and put forward the overall scheme of multilevel transportation system of belt conveyor speed control designment. Then the system hardware selection, control process designment, transient traffic control, the belt speed detection work were carried out,optimal matching of speed and capacity of each level belt was realized on m belt machine series system.(2)The relationship between the instantaneous transportation capacity and velocity,frequency and power of the belt conveyor transportation system were obtained by the analysis of speed control method for offshore integrated transfer platform belt conveyor transportation system, the fuzzy controller of speed control system for belt conveyor transportation system was designed.Simulation model of fuzzy control and PID control for belt conveyor speed control system was built with MATLAB/Simulink software, and the simulation analysis was conducted.The results show that compared with traditionalPID control, the fuzzy control method is more accurate, faster, more stable and has a better anti-jamming ability.(3)Five level belt conveyor speed control test was done from a running mode for belt conveyor transportation, and the related data of instantaneous transportation volume and speed of different belt conveyor were analyzed.The results showed that we can achieve the optimal matching of speed and capacity from five level belt conveyor and the effect of energy saving, proved that the transportation system of belt conveyor speed control scheme is feasible at the same time.Through the research on the speed control system of belt conveyor transportation system for offshore integrated transfer platform, solved the issue of material accumulation,idle load, etc. while multi-level belt conveyor system is working, improved the working efficiency of the system and achieved the effect of energy saving.This research has important value of engineering application.
