| With the increasing perfection of the theory of steel concrete structure and the improvement of the requirement of bearing column in a large number of buildings, this paper mainly in the steel reinforced concrete filled tube composite columns results based on concluded, put forward a new form of cross section for this new type of composite column, namely built-in fylfot gammadia steel reinforced in the circular steel tube, the composite column has high bearing capacity and ductility. In this paper, based on simulation analysis emphatically on the built-in fylfot gammadia steel reinforced concrete filled tube composite columns under compressive mechanical properties are studied, mainly to complete the following work:(1) On the basis of summarizing related on the basis of the experiment, through ANSYS finite element simulation software to establish a reasonable model, on axis pressure steel reinforced concrete filled tube combined short columns is simulated and analyzed. Analysis the failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity and deformation, and to explore the new composite short column subjected to axial compression force of the impact of factors. Based on the simulation results, it provides the basis for the fitting of the next axial compression force formula of the combined short column.(2) On the basis of summarizing related on the basis of the experiment, through ANSYS finite element simulation software to establish a reasonable model, on the axial compression steel reinforced concrete filled tube combined long columns were simulated and analyzed. Analysis the failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity and deformation, and mainly discusses the slenderness ratio of the new composite long columns under axial pressure force. According to the simulation results and theoretical analysis, provide the basis for fitting of the next axial force formula of the the new composite long columns.(3) In summary related on the basis of the experiment, through ANSYS finite element simulation software to establish a reasonable model and simulation analysis was carried out on the bias of steel reinforced concrete filled tube composite columns, analysis the failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity and deformation, and this new type of composite columns subjected to eccentric load by the force of the impact of factors are discussed. According to the simulation results and theoretical analysis, it provides the basis for the fitting of the force formula of the new combined column.(4) Through the analysis of the simulation results, on the steel reinforced concrete filled tube composite columns bearing the theoretical formula of force were discussed, won the short column of the new composite column axial compression bearing capacity calculation formula, long columns under axial compression bearing capacity calculation formula and the eccentric compression bearing capacity calculation formula. And the theory formula and simulation analysis of the value of contrast, the results are in good agreement. |
