This thesis developes a kind of glass fiber reinforced non-demolition template which can reduce the construction period and engineering costs. In the process of concrete hardening, non-demolition template tightly combines with the concrete, and becomes the concrete protective layer.By adding different dosage of glass fibers to non-demolition template, the physical and mechanical performance are determined by tests. Firstly, the test of flexural strength is carried out, and the influence of glass fiber content to the strength of the template is studied. Secondly, the compression test is conducted to examine the performance of concrete. Finally, simulation is carried out by using finite element software, and comparative analysis between the simulation results and experimental results is done. The main research results are as follows:(1) A kind of spliceable non-demolition template is designed, which need not be removed from concrete.(2) According to the test results, it is concluded that the optimum content of glass fiber is 0.8%.(3) According to the test data, the glass fiber can increase the flexural strength and toughness of non-demolition template. The template, which get along well with the concrete, can meet the construction requirements.(4) The finite element simulation results and the experimental results are basically consistent.
