Compare with traditional gas laser and solid laser instrument, semiconductor laser is smaller, cheaper, lighter and has longer service life. Semiconductor Laser Instrument has been widely used in low intensity laser medical treatment, accomplished with the development of wound healing treatment after surgical.After using the semiconductor laser instrument, the microcirculatory disturbance of the wound will be corrected, and local tissue will be repaired and regenerated. Meanwhile,it may also boosts the metabolic of algogenic substances, and restrain the conduction of nerve’s pulses. In this way, it may achieve analgesia. It may decrease the mediators of inflammation and adjust local osmotic pressure to improve the immunity.Because of the specialty of the location, the rehabilitation of anorectal surgical is always be a difficulty. There are high rate of pain and edema after surgical. The traditional treatment takes long time and has bad effect on rehabilitation. The edema and infection of the wound may cause a lot of pain. Meanwhile, the muscle spasm of the wound may cause pressure of the nerves which leading to pain as well.Currently, patients need to lay down on the bed to receive the semiconductor laser treatment. In this way,the wound may not fully exposed under laser. And it is very inconvenient because the patient cannot move their hands in this posture.This paper analyzed the work of semiconductor laser instrument. Design a new type of semiconductor instrument which is safe, economic and convenient using in low intensity treatment. It can be used by the patient himself because it is more comfortable and convenient.The paper analyzes and designs the structure, hardware and software of the new type of the semiconductor laser instrument. Fulfill the control of output power. The instrument uses rated power 5mW, output wavelength 810 nm as its treatment light. It uses HT46R65 singlechip as its main control chip, and HT48R05 as its assistant. And it uses RC circuit to protect the laser instrument. After the adjustment and test of the system, the new type of semiconductor laser instrument has met the demand and reached the expectation.
