The combination of wheel movement and jumping can make the intelligent mine choose the appropriate way to reduce the energy consumption according to different conditions.Based on the mathematical analysis and calculation of the wheeled mobile of the intelligent mine; Choose and design intelligent mine jumping mode, at the same time calculate and simulate the jumping of intelligent mine under different conditions, and get the best jumping mode of intelligent mine which can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of the intelligent mine.According to the theoretical analysis and calculation of the intelligent mine, the paper uses the inventor 3D design software to carry out the intelligent mine structure design, and gives a brief description of the design reasons and material selection of each structural unit.Design of the overall electrical scheme of the intelligent mine, and according to the design need to choose the appropriate electronic module or electronic components;At last the driver module is designed by Altium Designer Summer 09 software.
