When the vehicle worked on plateau, diesel engine furnished with single stage turbocharger would suffer problems such as air input shortage and power decrease. In order to solve these problems, an auxiliary turbocharging system was proposed to be mounted on the vehicles that would work on plateau. The auxiliary system consists of an auxiliary compressorwhich was driven by a micro gas turbine. The auxiliary compressor was considered as a low-level compressor of a two-stage supercharger, and it would supply high pressure air to the original turbocharging system of vehicle. Considering that the turbocharger and the micro gas turbine have similar structures and characteristics, the paper proposes a method that the auxiliary booster compressor and micro gas turbine auxiliary combustion compressor combine to design a quasi-streamline ladder impeller of the centrifugal compressor which could output two different pressure ratio and flow of air at the same time, in order to meet the demand that auxiliary booster and auxiliary combustion requires two different pressure ratio air. The paper mainly includes following several parts:Firstly, the target diesel and micro-turbines matching calculation, the design of the compressor at the design point required to provide diesel and microturbine respectively flow, pressure ratio of two parameters(hereinafter referred to as two-parameter). And design high pressure impeller use high pressure ratio and total flow. Get the high pressure impeller basic parametersto choose a mature impeller which has been used in projectsas a high pressure impeller,to establish its three-dimensional modeling and numerical simulation calculated by using NUMECA,toanalysisthe impeller inside pressure, flow and distribution of meridional flow lines. By doing all of these aboveto determine the high and low pressure ratio ladder-type impeller outlet diameter, width and its quasi-streamlined shape in the shunt of tip-cut impeller. Finally, cut of the high pressure impeller to obtainthe quasi-streamlined ladder impeller.Design thedual-channel voluteof the new compressor. After calculating the high and low pressure ratio volute design flow cross-section of each parameter, diffuser diameter, finally design the high and low pressure ratio volute; design quasi-flow lane plate and the back plate. Finally, make the processing engineering drawings. Make the dual-parametercentrifugal compressor.Design test-bed fordual-parameter centrifugal compressor test analysis, analysis on its work performanceat altitude of 3000 m to 5000m; And keep the high pressure ratio compressor constant flow, analysis onlow pressure ratio compressor performance. Analysis on the influence between high pressure ratio compressor mutual lowpressure ratio compressor.
