| Traffic congestion is the main factor to restrict the development of the modern city.How to improve the effectiveness of traffic signal control system is an effective way to solve the traffic problems. For the traffic area in a city, the arterial road traffic efficiency directly affect the regional traffic conditions, therefore, arterial coordination control is the focus of research in the field of traffic signal control. In this paper, the research the status for the coordination control of trunk, and analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of existing arterial coordination control method, on the basis of this, the arterial coordination control methods are studied and discussed. The main work of this paper includes:On the basis of the existing traffic signal fuzzy controller, analysis the effect of control with the fuzzy controller parameters, a fuzzy controller is designed that the scale factor parameters can adjust by itself according to the change of traffic flow in real time,and then a application for signal intersection control with this new fuzzy controller is proposed, the simulation verify that the controller has a certain degree of adaptability.Based on the idea of group, a kind of coordinated control system about urban arterial trunk road is designed, its including:(1) Cycle Length Optimization Webster cycle calculating method is improved with considering of the influence of vehicle queue number, and an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system is designed for inferencing more reasonable signal period;(2) Green Ratio Optimization To increase the coordination phase green time and reduce branch phase delay at the same time, a arterial coordination control green ratio dynamic adjustment method is established;(3) The Phase Difference A optimization model of coordination phase difference is established with considering of the vehicles in queue;(4) The Phase Sequence Optimization A branch phase top feasible degree function is proposed for optimizing the phase sequence which can promote trunk road speed and reduce the number of stops; through the simulation, the control scheme can effectively reduce the passage of time in sub area and the number of stops, which laid the foundation for the control algorithm in the next chapter.On the basis of the previous chapter, the control strategy on traffic signal dynamic coordinated control method about urban arterial road was proposed:(1) The Controls Sub Area Division Module A simplified control sub area division method is proposedwhich fully considered the factors intersection spacingã€traffic density and signal cycle;(2) The Sub Area Coordinated Control Module It use the same control method with the before chapter;(3) Control Sub Interval Coordinated Control Module The model for calculating guide speed on interval between two sections is established, so as to realize the coordinated control of the sub region; At last the simulation results shows that the control method can decrease the passage time and stops on the road. |
