Improve the reliability of our products can improve the competitiveness of the products in the international market in our country.High reliability to speed up China’s export trade and promote the economic development is of great practical significanceAll the various academic research on reliability, make the reliability of this subject has been developed rapidly in China.This paper is based on the predecessors’ research and some methods, Summarizing predecessors’ research methods and content, puts forward the advantages and disadvantages,and put forward my own views and innovative methods.This paper mainly studies the fatigue limit of material life and curve fitting.Previous scholars for the study of the fatigue limit of material and the fatigue life curve fitting are based on the life under normal distribution.The integrated use of group method and up and down method.But the experiment time is longer, and the sample size is often limited,The experiment do need to stop time and quantity.Explore the fatigue life and fatigue curve fitting under censored data.Use the method of truncated life to calculate the fatigue life and fatigue limit of the fitting to improve the previous methods.Make the fatigue limit data and fatigue curve fitting more accurate.It is of great significance.
