| Based on parallel medium hybrid electric bus, this paper has done some research on the key technology of AMT(Automated Mechanical Transmission), which has an important realistic meaning for improving the overall performance of vehicle, such as dynamic property, economy, service life, steering stability, amenity and so on. The main research contents are as follow:Firstly, the paper describes the development and current situation of hybrid vehicle and AMT, and then determines the overall design plan, combined with the characteristics of hybrid electric bus and AMT. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation of the main parts in the hybrid with AMT system, the Simulink/Stateflow modes in Matlab have been built, and the simulations of starting and gear-shifting give reliable basis for the design and the control strategy.Secondly, according to the plan analysis,the paper focus on the key technology of AMT in parallel medium hybrid electric bus. Using prediction PID control method based on self-tuning parameters and intenlligent gear positioning method, self-learning control technology for AMT gear-shifting position has been developed,providing guarantee for flexible, quick and accurate gear-shifting behavior, because the gear shifting position would be different or changed by the manufacture, assemblage, wear and parts replacement. The gear-shifting control technology effectively coordinates the distribution of engine torque and motor torque when shifting based on the hybrid shifting characteristic. In order to improve gear shifting efficiency and reduce the impact of gear shifting, it compares the different process and control strategy between clutch engaged and disengaged when shifting. Using mixed control method, it makes detailed analysis of the key technology of clutch working and executive motor control when gear shifting and vehicle startingeffective clutch control has achived,and the overall performance of vehicle has been improved.At last, AMT test bench and sample hybrid bus have been built for the research on AMT technology in parallel medium hybrid electric bus. Through programming, developing and debugging in Microsoft Visual Studio and CodeWarrior, the tests of the technology and strategy mentioned above, such as self-learning control technology for AMT gear-shifting position, gear shifting control and clutch control in hybrid vehicle, have been proved to be correct and reasonable, achieving the expected result. |
