| Now, the Sponge City is widely spread in china. Many departments have introduced a number of policies. In perspective of the sponge city which were investigated in this paper. A considerable amount of the pocket parks transformed to the sponge city. It aimed to improve the implementation of the city, and also can speed up the sponge city construction. This paper was divided into three parts to discuss the pocket parks’ upgrading, realizing the whole process of sponge.This paper summed up the frequent Urban Storm Water logging, and found out the root causes of the water logging and thought about the root causes. Through the interpretation of sponge city, category, and the concept of the pocket park, size, function, classification and so on. It defined the purpose and significance of the research, and the study objects. At the same time they had three core features which about the high sensitivity in population density, discrete distribution, and sharing. On the basis of the core features, it took correlation consideration of the pocket park and sponge city. It took from two aspects: the possibility and urgency. Through the actual cases had been built to support, verify the relevance of the two aspects. Then using Shenzhen City as an example, according to the Shenzhen annual total amount of runoff control rate and the corresponding design rainfall, using the storm water facilities scale volumetric method of calculation formula, the sponge pocket park rainwater storage was divided into three kinds of modes, respectively independent internal storage mode, regional cooperation reordering model, and the external system storage model. It was applicable to different annual total amount of runoff control rate of sponge pocket parks design.In this paper, the sensitivity of the factors affecting the location of the sponge pocket park was made by Delphy method, and the three influence factors were obtained lastly. The best construction area of Shenzhen city was judged according to the factors. Using the analytic hierarchy process, the influence factors of the facility selection of the pocket park were analyzed, and the relative weights of each index were obtained by using the discriminant matrix. According to the detail assessment of the individual facilities in the pocket park, the score system was used to sort the individual facilities and got the most appropriate facilities. The conclusions were applied to the actual case design, as the basis for the selection of the pocket park rain water facilities, and to complete the sponge of the pocket park. |
