Due to the small hydrostatic gas bearing it has the frictional resistance, high precision turning, no pollution, no vibration, etc., so that the hydrostatic gas bearing is widely used in precision measuring instruments, high-speed precision machine tools and other equipment. With the vigorous development of industrial technology, the rotor speed is ever increasing, and thus the performance requirements of gas hydrostatic bearing is also increasing, so the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic gas bearing requirements are more prominent.In this paper, Orifice hydrostatic gas bearing as the research object, static and dynamic characteristics for high speed static gas high pressure bearing state were analyzed simultaneously using ANSYS Workbench software bearing gas film flow field analysis.Analysis of gas bearing lubrication mechanism, as well as the working principle of static pressure gas bearings, the Reynolds equation (Reynolds) were discrete, static characteristics of the hydrostatic gas bearing analyzed using ultra-relaxation method to determine the basic parameters of bearings with Finite Element Method, pressure and impact analysis of the static eccentricity bearing characteristics (capacity, stiffness), and the influence of the inlet orifice diameter bearing pressure; with different conditions of Reynolds equation derived on the basis damping and stiffness coefficient outlet film analysis whirl speed is constant, the impact of different eccentricity dynamic damping and dynamic stiffness at different speeds, and the dynamic gas pressure dampers and affect the dynamic stiffness; the bearing of the basic parameters of the previously determined three-dimensional modeling of the bearing, its combination of structured and unstructured manner by Gambit meshing software, FLUENT rotating coordinate system based on the method of gas hydrostatic bearing dynamic properties three-dimensional calculation, analysis of the influence of pressure, speed and eccentricity of orifice hydrostatic gas bearing dynamic characteristics; the meshing of the model into ANSYS Workbench, the bearing inner membrane gas flow field analysis, obtained in the case of high pressure, high speed, bearing the internal pressure distribution.
