While vehicle are promoting the development of economy and society, it also leads to a series of problems such as energy crisis and environmental pollution, global warming. The development of electric vehicles is the effective way to solve these problems. The electric car is environment-friendly vehicles which use the automotive battery as energy supply, automotive battery must rely on the supplementary energy, such as charging pile and power station. In the process of charging, charging facilities and electric vehicle interface coordination, coordination management and operation of the power grid, the automotive industry and become the common concern of the Power Grid Corp and has been a hot research topic. Because of country power facilities are not the same, and the electric car industry has not yet fully market-oriented, international standards on electric vehicle charging is not unified. In China, China State Grid Corp is also actively promote the research of electric vehicle charging technology.Based on the above background, the author designed the electric vehicle charging control scheme based on PLC technology, main contents include: 1. In accordance with the State Grid Corporation of charging requirements and project requirements of electric vehicles, it is determined to ISO / IEC l5118 "electric vehicles to communicate with the Network Interface" standard as the theoretical basis of the subject and the basis of design, to design electric vehicle charging Control scheme based on PLC technology. 2. The charge for the realization of the program, I developed a communication protocol electric vehicles, charging communication between the pile and the back-end server, and write code to implement four main module including initializing the connection, establishing the service session, the charging control, and billing; 3. Built laboratory simulation testing platform, used PC to simulate analog electric vehicle and charging pile, designed man-machine interface, and verified the feasibility of the charging scheme..At present, China electric car industry is in a rapid stage of development, construction of basic charging facilities are carried out simultaneously. By studying charging scheme based on PLC technology, theoretical and practical basis was provided for research and development of electric vehicle charging technology.
