With the development of industrial civilization and the accelerating urbanization, the industrial products continuously increase to improve the living standards and social progress, but also produce plenty of domestic and industrial wastes, and pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health. Our country is not an automobile powerful country, but has become a car production and consumption powerful country. With a sharp rise in the amount of domestic car ownership and scrapped cars, reasonable disposal of discarded automobiles, reducing environmental pollution and resource waste have caused widely thinking.Transmission as a core component of the car, related to the important power transmission of automobile power train, is a key component which direct influence the vehicle performance. Mechanical transmission is assembled from the multiple combinations of parts. As a professional dismantling enterprise, a rational layout, improve handling and excellent dismantling sequence dismantling line, and the matching scientific and rational personnel assignment can effectively improve the dismantling efficiency and reduce costs. In addition, with the continuous development of industrial automation and mechanization, mechanization of dismantling has gradually become the development direction of dismantling enterprise. Then the issues of dismantling sequence generation and scheme evaluation have attracted widespread attention of the experts and scholars.On the basis of widely read literature, this paper describes the mechanical transmission in structure, function, classification, technical parameters, the dismantling process, etc. The paper reviews the constructing method of vehicle dismantling model, the influencing factors of dismantlability, the dismantling freedom analysis, etc. By a dismantling experiment of HG5-20 Tri five-speed mechanical transmission, we can obtain the parameter information about the dismantling parts, the time required to disassemble the parts, the dismantling torque, and the dismantling direction. This paper apply the theory and method of mathematical programming to abstractly describe the optimization problem of mechanical transmission dismantling, and set up mathematical model. This paper apply the modeling method of and-or graph to construct transmission assembly disassembled model, and construct the correlation matrix. In this paper, based on wasp colony algorithm, with the goal of the dismantling time, to solve the dismantling model of the mechanical transmission assembly, then we can obtain 3 optimum sequence of dismantling. The paper based on the uncertainty and fuzziness of product dismantling, uses a comprehensive assessment method combined with fuzzy AHP, grey correlation analysis and TOPSIS to assess the dismantling scheme of the mechanical transmission assembly to obtain the optimal dismantling scheme.
