In the assembly process of 5T18 automobile gearbox,including precise assembly of the input、output and intermediate shaft,the selection of bearing in the output and intermediate shaft,the utilizing of MES system and the optimization of robot’s trajectory,that have great influence on the whole assembly line.This paper providing a related research on these key technologies.Firstly,in this paper I sat forth the internal structure and working principle of the gearbox,then calculated the power of installation,from the aspects of theory,to make sure the precie equipment of bearing. Secondly,apply measurement principle in the design of the measuring machine.And provided a reliable theory for the selection of adjusting shim,through corresponding error analysis.Made the MES system through the wholeassembly line of transmission. Described the principle and function of MES system.Not only providing convenient for students experiment,also bring "Internet + manufacturing" into the laboratory,witch is the basic requirements.At last,the robot,witch occupy the key points,I get a detailed theoretical analysis for sat up diagram and D-H coordinate system, deduced the industrial robot kinematics equation builded the 3D model of this kind of robot,through the link function in the MATLAB,verified the accuracy of the results.Deduced the expression of the six joint angle through inverse kinematics analysis of the robot,then to compare the simulation results of three cubic polynomial interpolation and five cubic polynomial interpolation about the trajectory of industrial robots through Matlab.concluded the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods.This paper providing great importance for the reserch of robot’s trajectory optimization.
