Small steam boiler now widely used in all walks of life, is the important energy equipment in the field of industrial boilers,however energy consumption of industrial boilers is fairly huge,with the rapid development of industry,energy shortage and air pollution turn into the two problems urgent need to solve.But automation level of the most industrial boiler control system is not high,and the security is very low.And the air pollution is very serious.Therefore,the Liaoning Zhongyuan boiler manufacturing co.,LTD exploit this small boiler used biomass clean particles as a fuel,it is the ration utilization of clean energy and also is the future development trend.And test the control parameters through the sensor,control the quantity with the integral separated pid controller,control and monitor system for the upper machine running with touch screen,to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.This paper research and design the biomass of cross flow type boiler control system,design the control system after analysis of the system structure of each part,control process and control algorithm.And simulation software.Control part using the programmable controller on the basis of previous studies,control the blower, induced draft fan, feeder and ignition transformer according to the various sensor parameters of the combustion process,and monitor the operational process parameters.Process control with PID control algorithm using analog fb41 continuous PID control function blocks of S7-300 PLC,simple operation,high control precision,good stability,has better flexibility and applicability compared with traditional programming method,and this method can realize the undisturbed switching of manual and automatic.Change the traditional PID regulation,based on the digital incremental PID of fb41 function block,using variable speed integral proportional gain adjustment, and choose different PID control law according to the control process of different parameters to avoid the phenomenon of big systematic deviation and integral saturation.The boiler adopts the tubular type boiler structure which is surrounded by the W type water pipe,then the heating area is increased.Because there is no drum,increased security.Boiler fuel usingbiomass fuel to reduce pollutant emissions and air pollution.Finally,design the process control block diagram and hardware circuit structure of biomass cross flow type steam boiler control system combine with the steam boiler combustion process and the technical requirements,and select electrical components according to the requirements of the technical parameters,then design and render electrical schematic.Determine electrical control algorithm and the flow chart of control system according to the technological process.Use Siemens STEP7 software programming,combine fb41 PID continuous control function block and FB100 process object analog functional blocks,combine with STEP7 software and Siemens touch screen programming software Win CC integrate to the plcsim simulator,to do the joint simulation and PID parameter tuning,reducing the debug cost and safety accidents.
