Research On Structure Analysis And Advanced Control Strategy Of Supercritical Unit

Nowadays, generation of power industry is presents the tendency of increase year by year. And high parameter of supercritical unit has become the key to construction, the important research objects of scientific research units. As we all know, the supercritical unit has the characteristics of strong coupling, nonlinear, time-varying, has certain difficulties in its control, as a result, more advanced control strategies are in urgent need of research and application.For complex controlled object,directly to control it, there is great difficulty and complexity when designing the controller.Based on 1000 MW supercritical linear and nonlinear unit as the research object, starting from the unit structure itself, to analysis and study of the unit structure, the purpose is to be able to measure the degree of coupling between each subsystem, and the influence extent of each subsystem of the whole object to reasonable, effective to simplify complex object, to lay a good foundation for the subsequent controller design, so as to achieve better control effect and control purposes.Mentioned in this article a few units for structural analysis, the article focus on the implementation of advanced control strategy and simulation. According to different units, different advanced control method is proposed. In terms of a linear system, the kind of feed-forward compensation decoupling PID control, dynamic matrix control, model algorithm control, generalized predictive control, etc., and the advanced control strategy compared with traditional control technique, is obvious control effect in rapidity and stability, and robustness are improved significantly. And in view of the nonlinear system, in this paper, through accurate feedback linearization, internal model control, also reached the proper control effect, to prove the validity of the analysis and control method.
