| As the important energy transmission channel in our country, transmission line played an important role in the stability and development of the society, which delivered a large number of electric power and a wide distribution. Power equipment of transmission lines usually run in complex natural environment. The terrible working condition of equipment also leads to performance failure, which presents a threat to the safe and stable operation of power grid. In view of the transmission line maintenance in our country is preventive maintenance mode, preventive maintenance model is according to certain repair cycle to maintain/repair equipment, this maintenance model can effectively find the potential faults and defects in the operation process. With the establishment of the power system on-line monitoring network in current, a large number data of real-time state of equipment for power grid were provided, preventive maintenance mode cause the excessive waste of resources and hidden danger of running in the process of power grid operation and maintenance, and gradually not adapt to the modern power network maintenance at the same time.This paper has studied on the realization methods of transmission line condition-based maintenance deeply, summarized state variable required by transmission line condition-based maintenance, and then, established the transmission line on-line monitoring system combined with the state variables. The transmission line on-line monitoring system can realize a lot of functions, such as the monitoring of insulator filth, lightning, tower and grounding device, line temperature, and line of the external force damage. On the basis of the transmission line on-line monitoring system, a transmission line maintenance system with intelligent decision has been established, which contains a set of expert system, including the function of real-time state monitoring, alarm, intelligent decision, etc.Finally, the paper selects a random group of the running state of transmission line as an example, introduces the operation and the decision-making process of the intelligent decision-making system in detail, uses the intelligent decision-making system to evaluate the state of the selected case accurately, and puts forward a reasonable maintenance scheme. As a summary, the system can realize the function of designed intelligent decision-making system. |
