Our energy resources endowment is characterized by "rich coal, inferior, less gas". Coal in our country, more than 93% of fossil energy resources reserves, it is the most reliable and most economical energy resources, the efficient clean utilization technology of coal resources is related to national energy security and development. Carbon dioxide emissions is insurmountable social problems, the development and application of CCS will be control greenhouse gas emissions and slow climate change a way out.This thesis with shenhua 200 MW demonstration project design technology research, on the basis of oxygen-enriched combustion of large project related thermodynamic calculation has carried on the detailed instructions, calculation and oxygen-enriched combustion air combustion smoke wind pulverized coal system under the condition of thermodynamic calculation method and process of basic same, but due to the formation of oxygen-enriched combustion flue gas composition and the air combustion flue gas composition is significantly different, so the calculation method in the calculation for the corresponding instruction and correction. Oxygen-enriched combustion mode of gas is recirculated flue gas and oxygen mixed gas, in the flue gas circulation runtime added is the oxygen of high purity. Circulation of oxygen concentration in flue gas was determined, the flue gas circulation ratio is calculated, and through the calculation of heat balance and flue gas composition loop iteration, it is concluded that each part of the system in the thermodynamic cycle of flue gas composition, flue gas characteristics for calculate system, provides the basis for the boilers and auxiliary equipment design parameters.Study of flue gas composition characteristics, boiler body and various auxiliary equipment design and selection of key points, clear advantages and disadvantages of the equipment selection and the selection criteria, achieve large oxygen-enriched combustion boiler equipment design, selection of the preliminary design depth of content, for large oxygen enrichment plant construction depth design to provide data support.Study oxygen enrichment plant construction equipment supervision, in combination with the owner management and supervision responsibilities in this paper, the equipment supervision of effective operation, this paper will supervision management, problem handling, streamline, check evaluation form, make the supervision work be clear at a glance, puts forward a set of suitable for oxygen-enriched combustion boiler, the main technology and equipment design features and operational supervision of equipment type selection.
