Along with the quick development of national economiy, the construction of rail transit is also in fast development. Up till the present moment, there are 22 cities opened subway or light rail. Zhengzhou metro line 1 since opening by the end of 2013, the traffic increases gradually. Until now monthly traffic is basic stable on average,. In general, the traffic of zhengzhou metro line 1 tends to be stable.The arrangement of the train operation organization is reasonable,but in the weekday morning and evening peak, traffic is bigger, namely working days period, the distribution of traffic is bimodal type. Therefore, in the morning and evening peak, crowded car makes passengers obviously feeling discomfort, adjustment of zhengzhou metro line 1 morning and evening peak driving scheme is becoming necessary.In this paper, on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature, ac-cording to the research of the famous scholar, data was collected and studied for the zhengzhou subway passenger flow. On this basis, the mathematical model is established to optimize scheme of train stop.The main work has the following several aspects:(1) Collect the traffic data of zhengzhou subway, including monthly average data from 2014 to 2015、traffic by each period of working day、OD passenger flow data during the morning rush-hour crush.(2) Organizing and analyzing the collected data, than calculate the imbalance of passenger flow of zhengzhou metro line 1. The calculation show that:The imbalances of time in passenger flow of zhengzhou metro line 1 performances in the morning and evening peak.At every morning rush 7:00-8:00, time unbalanced coefficient is 2.4904,At the evening rush hour 18:00-17:00, time unbalanced coefficient is 2.0501. These two hours, unbalanced coefficient are far bigger than 1, which showing that traffic is serious unbalanced distribution in early peak and late peak. And other times uneven coefficient of passenger flow approach to 1, namely traffic distribution relative equilibrium; The imbalances of space in passenger flow of Zhengzhou metro line 1 includes three aspects: direction disequilibrium of passenger flow, section disequilibrium of passenger flow,site disequilibrium of passenger flow.Direction disequilibrium of passenger flow coefficient is 1.008, namely the traffic from two sides distribution is balanced. The maximum of Section disequilibrium of passenger flow coefficient is 1.4661, appear in the renmin road station to zijing mountain station section, the section disequilibrium coefficient is larger.The maximum of site disequilibrium coefficient of passenger flow is 1.6914 in the morning peak, which is far more than 1. After the analysis to zhengzhou metro line 1 just optimize train stop scheme in morning peak.(3) Currently,there are four main stop plan of rail transit stop:train stops at all the station,skip-stop operation,zonal operation,express/local operation.According to the station facilities and traffic conditions,skip-stop operation suit zhengzhou metro line 1.(4) To minimize the travel time of total passengers,using the 0-1 integer pro-gramming set up mathematica model.comparing to the condition of train stop at all stations,skip-stop operation should save more times for passengers. So the objective function is max objv= △Tzong= △Tzaitu+△Tdeng. Using MATLAB to calculate this mode, the result is △Tzong= 737min.
