The cement -soil inserted precast concrete diamond-shaped hollow pile is a new method in foundation pit support engineering. This method has many advantages, such as fast construction speed, reliable pile quality, low construction noise, no soil squeezing, and seldom environment pollution. Diamond-shaped hollow pile can be produced by centrifugation, and it can meet the requirement of large-scale project with its fast producing speed, also, significant economy can be realized with lowcost. In this paper, bearing capacity of the two 8m-length piles is studied by the method of studying "I" shape beam, including the bending resistance, shearing resistance, and also the peformance of pile connection. The main detail can be concluded as follows:(1) Multiple foundation pit support structures are compared, and many features of precast concrete diamond-shaped hollow pile is introduced.(2) Bearing capacity of pile body and joint of pile tip is deeply ananlyzed.(3) Entire process of the test is introduced in detail, and the paper presents the data from the test, and processes concrete and rebar strain, maximum displacement, fissure of pile body.(4) The pile test is simulated by ABAQUS, the analog results and Theoretical Calculation and the test results are compared mutually. Finally, a method to calculate bearing capacity of the diamond-shaped pile is concluded.(5) Three different schemes, witch includes diamond-shaped hollow pile scheme, bored pile scheme and SMW scheme are applied to two real projects, and each scheme is calculated theoretically, construction cost is contrasted.
