The Yellow River as the main source of water in Inner Mongolia region, led to the development of local industry and agriculture. However the content of cement and sediment of the Yellow River high, fine sediment, very easy to plug the micro irrigation system irrigation head, greatly limit application of agricultural irrigation technology. Therefore, it is urgent to study a fast and efficient separation of the Yellow River sediment device, to ease the pressure of water in agricultural irrigation area.In this paper, the structure of Dong Yuping design of multi angle plate type water and sand separation device is enlarged in accordance with a certain proportion, and the water and sand separating device which is suitable for the large flow rate is produced. The new device in different flow rate and different in stream sediment dynamic circulating water test and analysis device of the overflow concentration and separation rate, after optimization of the inclined plate spacing and the swash plate angle of device for water and sediment separation effect of. The main research contents are as follows:1. Using four types of traffic and five into the stream sediment combination trial, analysis device of the overflow concentration as well as the size of the sediment separation rate.’The device in the 10m/h spill flow fand the sediment separation effect is best, the separation rate is as high as 92%.2.The hole D50 with the change of sediment particles at all levels and changes in the inclined plate series. The largest inclined plate spacing, the settlement of the sediment particles D50 is also the largest, the smallest of third inclined plate spacing, the settlement of sediment particles D50 minimum.3.At all levels of inclined plate spacing and all levels of sediment bore particle diameter D50 relationship analysis, determine the device optimum inclined plate spacing combination is 25 mm,15 mm and 8 mm.4.The effect of the variation of the angle of the inclined plate on the separation of water and sediment of the device is analyzed by orthogonal test. When the inclined plate length and the horizontal plane angle is 45 degrees, the short side and the horizontal angle of 60 device when the sediment separation rate is best.5.Under the optimal combination of the parameters of the device, the characteristics of sediment deposition on the inclined plate are analyzed, and the rationality of the optimization of the device structure is verified. |
